My Story
I have always had a passion for property, construction, design, art and antiques. I studied engineering at college and then Construction Engineering Management at Loughborough University.”
I quickly realised early in my career that I was both good at sales and could also earn a lot of money in commission, it was this commission that allowed me to buy my first property, a tired and neglected flat in Farnham in Surrey.
My day job became a global role and allowed me to see the world, I have not lost this desire to travel and even today my drive for wanting to run my own business, see more of the world and live life on my terms is stronger now than ever.
Fast forward to today and with a 25 year corporate career behind me in various global and board level rolls, a current property portfolio of £3.2m, a number of significant restoration projects completed and in progress and a 15 year track record as a landlord and most recently as an Airbnb host, I have decided that now is the time to focus on my own business full time and scale.

As an entrepreneur and executive with a 25 year track record in the corporate world and over 15 years buying, renovating and either flipping or renting property.
I have surrounded myself with the best designers, architects and technology to scale my investment business to the next level.

What are we building?
Our focus is split into two parts, the first is to continue to buy under market value and renovation properties and to scale to a portfolio worth £5m+ by the end of 2026 and then to £30m over the next 5 years. The second is to scale our Airbnb / short term lets business, including a services offering.

Scale the Airbnb / short term lets business to continue to offer unique and interesting stays. We are now on over 30 booking sites and continue to add to our portfolio, UK wide.
Investment Strategy / Focus
My focus is as follows:
Step 1 - Buy or Deal
Buy or transact properties that are below market value and / or require renovation, updating, reconfiguration or have potential.
Step 2 - Renovate
Renovate or reconfigure the property (if required)
Step 3 - Refinance or Sell
Step 4 - Short Term Stays
Short Term Stays for travellers / holiday makers, professionals, students, contractors, doctors, nurses etc
Step 5 - Repeat
Technology, Systems, AI and Outsourcing
For the last 15+ years I have used systems, technology and more recently AI to under pin the roles and companies I have worked at. I have brought all that experience into my own business and it forms the foundation of what we do, saving time and allowing us to scale at pace. I have also built and utilised outsourced resource to both supplement my teams capabilities as well as for rapid flexing of resource requirements for both growth, peak demand or out of UK hours coverage.
Mentors
To further build on both my experience and also my current solid foundation I knew I needed to both educate myself and stay current, so I went out to the market to get a team of people around me that could support, mentor and help fast track my success, they include:
